Wysetek’s CoE to enhance customer experience

Wysetek Systems Technologists has opened its first CoE in Mumbai.
The systems integrator and IT solutions and services company Wysetek launched a state of the art CoE.
Pan India Wysetek is a twenty eight year old company that caters to the emergent needs of technology products and solutions by enterprises across various verticals.
The CoE (Centre of Excellence) is located at the company’s headquarter office in Mumbai.
Speaking on this initiative; Rajesh Mathkar, Director, Wysetek Systems Technologists says,”The main objective of opening a CoE in Wysetek office is providing the proof of concept to our customers in terms of the actual use of technology solutions in our premises. Also prospective customers are encouraged to visit CoE”
Many enterprise hardware and software technologies of leading tech MNCs has been installed in Centre of Excellence. Technologies like Private cloud, HCI, Virtualization, Storage, Next Generation Security, IP telephony, Collaboration, Cisco IP-PBX, Cisco Security, Cisco Meraki Cloud Wi-Fi are installed.
There are many benefits for Wysetek and its customers. CoE will help customers to choose right technology and make faster decision, hence being beneficial to Wysetek as solution provider, says Rajesh.
IT managers, CIOs and IT team executives of the end user organizationscan observe the working of enterprise IT technologies in front of them assisted by our technical team for any queries they might have or in case they need more details on specific technologies. We expect more customers to visit the center as many of the functionality available on remote demonstration, he says.
Wysetek has a dedicated team to manage CoE and its operations. Their KRAs include keeping the CoE up 24×7 and continuously update the technologies where ever applicable. They also have to create a great customer experience based on the use cases during the demonstration, he says.
Wysetek plans to scale and add more technologies in future as per the business need and market trends. “In terms of hardware, we don’t intend to add a lot. We will however be focused on adding integration modules of various solutions with niche security and cloud offerings,”he says.
The benefits from CoE in the next couple of years includes winning more confidence from the customers. “We expect to work even more closely with our technology OEMs. Having CoE in-house helps to keep the team motivated and also we can train them better,” says Rajesh Mathkar, Director, Wysetek Systems Technologists.
