Another change as per him is that Wysetek team now speaks more to CXOs and LOBs at their customer end than just CIOs. “This trend will continue in 2019 as business stakeholders are having more say in IT and in many cases they are driving their own IT projects,” says Cherian
What does Wysetek as a channel partner to leading tech OEMs in various domains like compute, storage, security ,HCI, mobility, cloud, open source expect this year? “Better margins is the number one expectation from tech OEMs as the marketplace is now fairly competitive. Tech OEMs should have more training sessions for our teams on overall solutioning as IT solutions are more beneficial to the end customers than pure product. And of course transparent deal registration and protection is a must to ensure channel partners do not indulge in price war,” says Cherian.
Technology vendors can invest into training and skill development program industry wise. Eg. Training fresh engineering graduates for a particular technology, suggests Cherian at Wysetek Systems Technologists.
